In 2027, we embrace adventure as the gateway to presence. Surrounded by lush rainforest, Pacific beaches, and misty cloud forests, 2027 Courageous Hearts is a carefully curated experience where yoga becomes the thread woven through every moment of the journey. Guided by renowned yoga teacher Jane Reddy, each practice invites grounding, reflection, and connection, on the mat and far beyond it. From sunrise flows to mindful movement after a day of exploration, zip lines, kayaking, and night wildlife tours become as transformative as the yoga itself, because true courage is found in motion, in nature, and in community.

Set in the peaceful bay of Playa Carrillo, our first stop offers exactly what the retreat calls for: stillness, ocean air, and beauty that doesn't need explaining. Watch golden sunsets melt into the sea, hear the rhythm of the waves from the pool, the restaurant, or simply your own quiet corner; and feel the pace of life slow down in the best possible way.

From here, we begin days filled with wonder, ziplining above the canopy, tasting coffee straight from the source, exploring Costa Rican flavors and traditions, and pushing the edges of our comfort zone in the best possible way.
